1. Computer Form.co.uk offers horseracing advises seven days a week to members. Some days there will be no advise, and other days more than one. All
races covered will be U.K. racecourses only.
2. The advises are offered to persons over 18 years for their sole betting use. Membership will be immediately terminated, without refund of any part
subscription fee, if any member is found to be disclosing the advises to a third party.
3. Advises will usually be sent by emailed the night before racing. This information will be sent using the
information given at the time of registration.
4. No guarantees are made to the ability to produce a profit. Computer Form will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of any
advices. They are offered in good faith. Previous performance is no guarantee to predict future events with certainty. Members may lose money, as well as win, both in the short term as well as long term. All members
are advised to follow the Computer Form guideline, as outlined on the results page, regarding safe betting banks, and not to bet with money that cannot easily afford to lose. Under no account should you start
doubling up following a string of Computer Form winning bets. Keep to a set betting bank plan during both good as well as the bad periods.
5. Computer Form cannot be held responsible for delays or non
receipt of emails in sending advises due to conditions outside their control, such as server breakdown or Internet Service Provider's connection failure, strikes at the Racing Post etc. Any prolonged break in
service will, of course, be compensated by an appropriate extension to the subscription period.
6. Membership fees are not refundable, and are solely for the paid subscription period, starting from the
commencing date agreed when paying. Membership is for either one week or one calendar month, so for example, if the first advices received for 23rd February, the last advices for that paid month would be 22nd March.
